1. Sponsor & Partner
This Giveaway is sponsored by Pinto Ranch, 1717 Post Oak Blvd, Houston, TX
77056 (“Sponsor”), in partnership with Resistol Hats (“Partner”).
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on 06/04/2026 at 12:00 AM CDT and ends on 07/06/2026
at 11:59 PM CDT (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside the
Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at
time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and contractors of Sponsor,
Partner, and their immediate family members and household members are not
eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. How to Enter

the Giveaway Period, providing a valid email address and phone number. Limit
one (1) entry per person/email/phone. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
5. Marketing & Messaging Consent
By submitting the entry form, entrants consent to receive informational and/or
marketing emails and text messages from Pinto Ranch (e.g., order updates, cart
reminders). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message & data rates may
apply. Message frequency varies. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time by
replying STOP to texts or by using the unsubscribe link in emails. See Sponsor’s
Privacy Policy and Terms (link on entry form) for details.
6. Prize
One (1) grand prize: one (1) special-edition Resistol 250th Anniversary custom
hat, estimated retail value (ARV) $10,000. The winner will be asked for hat size
and a custom order will be placed on their behalf. Due to custom production,
delivery is expected around November 2026. Prize is non-transferable, nonrefundable, and not redeemable for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if
necessary.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries
received. The drawing will occur within three (3) days after the Giveaway Period
ends. The potential winner will be notified via the email address or phone
number provided on the entry form. The potential winner must respond within
forty-eight (48) hours of notification, provide any requested information, and
confirm hat size. If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, is
ineligible, or fails to return required documents, an alternate winner may be
selected.
9. Taxes & Expenses
All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated
with acceptance or use of the prize not specified herein are the winner’s sole
responsibility. Sponsor may require completion of IRS Form W-9 and issuance
of tax reporting forms if required by law.
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s
consent for Sponsor and Partner to use winner’s name, likeness, city and state
of residence, and image for advertising and promotional purposes without
additional compensation.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in
accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy (link on entry form). By entering,
entrants consent to such collection and use for Giveaway administration and
marketing as described above.
12. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry
process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. Any
attempt to defraud or manipulate the Giveaway may result in prosecution.
13. Release & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless
Sponsor, Partner, Instagram (if applicable), and their respective affiliates,
officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage
or injury arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or
acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
14. Instagram
If entry or promotion of the Giveaway appears on Instagram or other social
platforms, this Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or
associated with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from any liability.
15. Governing Law; Texas Provisions
Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction,
validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without
regard to conflict of law principles. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or
related to this Giveaway must be resolved in the state or federal courts located
in Harris County, Texas.
16. Modification & Cancellation
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway or these
Official Rules if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s
reasonable control impair the integrity of the Giveaway. Any changes will be
posted at Sponsor’s website.
17. Winner List
To request the name of the winner (available after the winner is confirmed), send
a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Pinto Ranch — Attn: Giveaway Winner
List Request, 1717 Post Oak Blvd, Houston, TX 77056, or email
marketing@pintoranch.com within thirty (30) days after the end of the Giveaway
Period.
